How to use longtec
Longtec 15mg should be used only under a doctor’s supervision to manage moderate to severe chronic pain. Take the tablet whole with a glass of water, usually twice daily, about 12 hours apart. It can be taken with or without food, but try to take it consistently the same way each day .
Do not crush, split, or chew the tablets, as this may cause a rapid release of oxycodone and increase the risk of overdose. Avoid drinking alcohol or using other sedatives unless approved by your doctor. Follow your prescribed dose carefully and attend regular medical reviews during treatment.
The tablets must be swallowed whole and should not be crushed or chewed, as this can release too much medicine at once. Common side effects include drowsiness, constipation, nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth. Longtec should only be used under strict medical supervision because it can cause dependence, overdose, and serious breathing problems.
Avoid alcohol while taking Longtec because it can increase the risk of dangerous breathing problems and sedation. Seek immediate medical help if severe breathing difficulties or overdose symptoms occur Longtec 15mg.
